Our version of a goat milk castille soap, this recipe contains only goats milk, olive oil and coconut oil, along with the lye that is needed to make soap. We add lavender for a pleasant scent and to aid in the protecting qualities of the soap. The bars are smaller, so the price is lower.
Lanolin comes from sheep. It is the sheep's natural raincoat. This heavy oil, almost a butter, is wonderful for dry skin, but it doesn't come out of the fleece easily. The best way to use it is to handle sheep, but without that, using our soap is an easily accessible solution.
